Famous Portuguese specialist Fernando Santos has been officially appointed to the post of head coach of Besiktas.
This was reported by the press service of the Turkish club.
Details of the cooperation between the 69-year-old Portuguese and the Black Eagles have not been disclosed.

Let us recall that Santos, at the head of the Portuguese national team, won Euro 2016 and the Nations League 2018/19. The Portuguese's last job was with the Polish national team, from where he was fired due to unsatisfactory results in the selection for the 2024 European Championship.
