Qualification for the 2024 European Championship, which will be held in Germany, will take place in two stages – the main selection, during which 20 championship participants will be determined, and the playoffs, where three more teams will qualify for the Euro.

Seven national teams were guaranteed participation in the playoffs: Georgia , Greece and Luxembourg , which will compete in the selection along path C; Israel , Bosnia and Herzegovina and Finland , passing along Path B; Polish national team on the way A.
If the playoffs started tomorrow, the following teams would take part:
Path C: Georgia (1) – Luxembourg (4), Greece (2) – Kazakhstan (3) Path B: Israel (1) – Ukraine/Iceland (4), Bosnia and Herzegovina (2) – Finland/Ukraine (3) Path A: Poland (1) – Estonia (4), Wales (2) – Finland/Ukraine/Iceland (3)
As you can see, in this case, Finland and Ukraine will replace the winners of the Nations League groups that have already qualified for the Euro (Serbia and Scotland) in the playoffs, and there are only two teams left in Path A, so they will be complemented by the best team of League D (Estonia). and the next League B team not to qualify for the playoffs (Iceland).
In the event that one team from League B is needed to complement Path A (which is very likely), a draw should take place between the teams from League B (except the winners of the Nations League groups).
Format
Those teams that were unable to overcome the qualifications directly will advance to the playoffs for qualifying for the 2024 European Championship. Who is eligible to compete in the playoffs is determined according to the ranking of the previous Nations League tournament.
The teams that won their groups of the 2022/23 Nations League, for example, Georgia or Bosnia and Herzegovina, are guaranteed to play in the playoffs.

If one or more (or all) group winners of a certain League qualify for the Euros through the main qualifying round, they will be replaced in the playoffs by the next ranked teams from the same league. For example, after Scotland qualified for the 2024 European Championship, Finland was guaranteed participation in the playoffs, because in League B they are next in the ranking.
In League A there is a certain nuance, if at least 13 teams in this division qualify, then the first team to fill the playoffs will be Estonia, as the winner of League D.
