Wildberries has reduced the time interval for returning funds to customers to one or two days. The company said that reducing the time it takes to receive refunds is especially important during the holiday shopping period.
“In order for money to arrive faster on the customer’s card in the event of a product return, from November 19, goods must be returned only at the point of issue where the order was received,” the company reports.

This rule applies in situations where the buyer has already received and paid for the goods, and then decided to return it at a later time. If the client has forgotten at which point the purchase was received or if the goods were delivered by courier, information about the return address can be clarified in your personal account on the Wildberries website or by contacting support. The company also plans to expand this functionality to its mobile application in the near future.
The share of customers who return purchases to locations other than where they received the order is about 6%. In such cases, the speed of refunds will be reduced by an average of three to four days.
